Niall McKay's
 The Bass Player
is playing at the
Nashville Film Festival

It's a great father-son story intertwining an immigrant experience, marriage proposal, and homecomings. It explores Niall McKay's relationship with his Jazz musician father, Jim, who in the 1970's raised his two young sons on his own in Dublin. There's been a lot of buzz about it lately: screening at the Irish Boston Film Festival and was recently nominated for best documentary at the Irish Academy Awards.

Screening
at the
Nashville Film Festival

on April 18th, at 3:00 pm
and
April 19th, at 4:00 pm
