The Irish Dancing Teacher's
Association of North America, Inc. (IDTANA) and the IDTANA-Southern
Region are proud to announce the dates and location of their flagship
world qualifying Irish dancing event for the 2009 dancing season. The
North American Irish Dancing Championships will be held at the Gaylord
Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee beginning on July 3, 2009 through
July 7, 2009.

States Inter-regional Highland Dance Championship
Doubletree Hotel, 315 Fourth Avenue North,
Nashville, TN 37219
Tickets available at the door, $5 per person, per day
Competing at all levels (primary through premier),
Scottish Highland dancers
contend for the United States' top awards in this sport.
Spectators can expect to see
the Highland Fling, Sean Truibhas, Sword Dance,
the Lilt, Irish Jig
& other wonderful Scottish dances by the best the U.S. has to offer.
A colorful, cultural and exciting event for the whole family!!
